How do I make sure the part fits my vehicle?
Send us your 17-digit VIN. We use it to match the engine code, transmission code and drivetrain, so you get the right unit the first time.
What does the warranty cover?
Our standard 90-day warranty covers internal mechanical failure of the engine or transmission we supply. Labor, fluids and towing are not included. See the Warranty Policy for full details.
How fast will I get a quote?
Calls and WhatsApp messages are usually quoted while you wait. Online quote requests are usually answered the same business day.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment. Freight delivery usually takes another 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number when it ships.
Do you ship to my home or only to repair shops?
Both. We ship to repair shops, businesses and residential addresses in all 50 states. Commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift are often the quickest and cheapest.
Do I need a mechanic to install it?
Yes. Installation by a licensed repair shop is required for warranty coverage, using new gaskets and seals and the correct fluids.
Can I return a part?
Uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization. See Shipping & Returns for the conditions and fees.
